Being able to visit the Northern Lights is on many people’s bucket list, and where better to do it then in the beautiful city of Tromsø? Blanketed in tufts of soft snow, the magical city lays at the centre of the northern aurora zone, where dazzling celestial displays circle the sky above.

Located just around the corner from seemingly untouched wilderness, there are plenty of opportunities for visitors to go hiking, fishing, kayaking and dog sledding. The historic city centre is distinguished by its old wooden houses and is now infused with an animated street scene and a creative culture that reflect the lights above. With plenty of great restaurants to eat in as well as a lively nightlife, a night in this cosmopolitan city is always exciting.
