• Annual leave - employees are entitled to 24 days holiday plus 1 additional day after 5 years and another day after 10 years.
  • Long service recognition - Penguins recognise that long standing employees should be rewarded, so a recognition scheme is in place. 
  • Gym membership - Penguins will cover the cost for a monthly gym membership up to a certain amount for all full time employees.
  • Flexible working hours - Penguins appreciate that lives are busy and working 9-5.30 does not work for everyone so flexible start and finish times are offered to all employees.
  • Bonus - Employees are entitled to an annual bonus which is paid in January of each year. The bonus is based on the net profit of the company.
