Penguins are an event management company based in Windsor, Berkshire, on the doorstep of London. We provide an outsourced option, or an extension to your own event management team. We provide event logistics, production and communication solutions for your event marketing channels.

We ARE most definitely based in Windsor, Berkshire, in the heart of the Thames Valley. On the one hand we describe ourselves as an “event management” company, but we are not strictly an agency as we have many of our own in-house services.

We ARE an “audio visual production” company and have a warehouse full of sound and lighting things that would be perfect for your event.

We ARE also very good with visual stuff such as event identity and aligning this with your brand. We bring your brand to life in whatever type of event that is right for your brand.

We ARE very good at communicating your message to your chosen audience and engaging them in your message.

We ARE consultants on the one hand, but we are also the doers on the ground on the day too, which makes us an end supplier too. We engage your audiences through events.
