In the first issue of our Incentive Insights magazine, we dived into the 2022 Incentive Travel Index by the Incentive Research Foundation. A lot has changed since then, and the IRF has just announced its 2023 Trends Report. We’ve scoured the report to find out what the world is saying when it comes to incentive travel, and how it can shape your next programme. To read the full report, click here. 

COVID concerns are firmly behind us now and in its place comes workplace concerns such as The Great Resignation, remote work and labour shortages. Incentives are being used as an essential tool for employee retention, workplace culture, and relationship building as well as a way to drive sales and values. Experiences are now considered the new luxury, with non-cash incentives now seen as higher value due to inflation rises, with employees getting less for their money if they were to take a cash reward.
