The client required a three day conference and three consecutive nightly award ceremonies for their staff from three different retail companies. The conferences would allow staff to gain insight into how the group were performing financially, information on the latest product development ideas & key training messages. The subsequent award dinners would reward staff for their dedication, hard work and recognise top achievers within the organisation.
This was the first time that the client needed to change the whole structure so the event could take place all on the same site & two separate events needed to be hosted for each brand.
Penguins created areas for the main conference, break out zones and provided a marquee for the award ceremonies. The whole event needed branding and theming in addition to this so several concepts were presented as part of the pitch process.
