The BRIEF

Our client, a large finance company, wanted to reward their sales team with a 5 night/5 day excursion to an exclusive location to celebrate a new company venture. There needed to be a good mix of engaging outdoor activities coupled with leisure time. On past trips, guests had been treated to a lot of R&R so the aim for this trip was to explore the great outdoors!

Challenges

• All attendees were very well travelled, so we needed to pull out all the stops to impress!

• The team had been under pressure to perform during the last 10 months so there needed to be a good mix of leisure time and group activities

• This was the first trip where winners were given the opportunity to invite a guest so the destination needed to appeal to a range of people.

The Solution

On arrival in to Calgary, guests were collected by exclusive VIP transfers, featuring panoramic windows to admire the famous Rockies en route to Banff. Once the group arrived at the beautiful Chateau Lake Louise the group hit the hay, following a few Canadian beers whilst admiring the views. Following a good night’s sleep, guests were refreshed and ready to go as they enjoyed a morning canoe on the turquoise waters of Lake Louise before heading off in search of grizzly’s! For the next few days, guests were treated to a luxurious soak in the hot springs of Banff National Park, a stunning sunrise over Moraine Lake and explored the Rockies by horseback in true cowboy style!
