The client required this trip to take the same format as their [previous excursion to Gstaad](https://www.penguins.co.uk/case-studies/incentive-gstaad), however wanted new, fresh ideas for the agenda. #### Challenges - Short timescale for managing all the visas for attendees - Ensuring that we engaged guests with new activities, different from their last incentive trip - A new project manager took over the trip half way through the project, so we had to ensure the relationship and deadlines were maintained throughout #### Solution Following on from the highly successful and unique [incentive trip](http://www.penguinsincentivetravel.co.uk/) the previous year, we decided to offer a destination that would work in complete contrast to offer a totally different experience. The trip took place during the ‘White Night’ season of St Petersburg in which the city never gets dark and therefore never sleeps! Guests were treated to 5* luxury at the Grand Europe hotel.
