The brief

Our client, Premier Guarantee, wanted to host an awards ceremony known as The Excellence Awards. The ceremony is designed to recognise the quality of work undertaken by their customers in the aim to promote customer advocacy within the brand.  

Premier Guarantee also expressed a wish to host the event in central London at a unique and quirky venue.

Challenges

• Due to the nature of the venue and the time restrictions given for the event set up, actual event and strike key timings were essential throughout the event and not just for the awards programme.
• The event space although very creative was very restricting in terms of space so we needed to be quite creative in our presentation and delivery of production
  
   

Solution

The event was staged at Sushi Samba within the Heron Tower due to its unique location and skyline views. To add to the line up, ex-England rugby player, Martin Bayfield, was appointed to host the award ceremony! It was also outlined by Premier Guarantee that they wanted some form of digital engagement throughout the event so a live Twitter feed was set up. Updates in the form of videos and photos could then be tweeted on a regular basis.
