A leading UK communications and media group approached us looking for an experience that would motivate and reward their highest performing employees. The event had to be UK based, within an hour's travel of their head office and provide both "luxury & team bonding".

We sought locations across the city that would deliver a sense of luxury and make all the attendees feel special. Arriving at their 5* Hotel in premium cars, the guests were welcomed with a champagne reception before changing for their activity.
Given the varied physical ability and ages of guests, we chose an activity that would challenge them mentally, requiring them to pull together as a team. This was a roaring success with all teams bonding over their timed challenge exiting feeling energised and excited for the evening to come.
Once again picked up from their hotel in premium vehicles, the guests were taken to an exclusive yet low key cocktail bar where bespoke cocktails were served by a special team, before crossing the road to the renowned Tramshed restaurant.
The evening was finished in an exclusive London venue where they were serenaded by Motown & Blues music in their private Silver Bullet caravan.
