"Having worked with Richard for the best part of 20 years I should know everything there is to know about him. I know he has numerous pseudonyms. Kev, Dicky, Kevlar, Spoons, and Ginge are just a few that he has been called over the years. More recently, he has been likened to the Scarlet Pimpernel as crew and suppliers turn to talk to him at events and in a blink he has vanished and then reappears at the opposite end of the venue!!! He is possibly one of the greatest dancers you will ever meet. Having cut his production teeth on the vinyl decks in the early 90's we will occasionally give him the chance at the Penguins office party to start the evening off with a Bowden mix followed by the Kevlar "twist n shake". A sight to see.
He of course is very very good at what he does and really is worth having a chat with about communication through events. He has the ability to calm a client within minutes of talking their concerns through with him and has a great way of bringing the best out everyone around him. AN absolute rock. He's rubbish at account stuff, but then that's why he employs me."
