Team Building
Wherever your next event may be we can provide you with ideas for team building activities that can fit into your event. It may be an energiser that you want to get everyone talking to each other, or an activity to get everyone outside “working as one team” or it may purely be for a bit of fun to break up 3 days of training. We can provide over 80 different activities for your team building events and so we really do have something for everyone. We will take into account numbers, duration, location and objectives. We will manage and run an activity that suits your needs.
We have a wealth of knowledge of activities that can be used for staff motivation, in different ways. Our products fall into two categories of objectives:
Social bonding
These activities are fun-based, with the purpose being to take people out of their office environment, and provide a shared experience. Each activity will focus on one or two aspects of teamwork, from communication to collaboration, delegation to problem solving. Whilst serious issues may not be resolved here, the programs – from small indoor team building exercises, to large-scale, outdoor team challenges – should have a positive influence on morale, teamwork, communication and energy within the team.
Structured business games
Under-pinned by a business message, they may focus on sharing or using resources, negotiation, compromise, keeping promises… all in a changing environment. The games take the participants out of their real life situation, and therefore provide a ‘safe’ environment to explore new ways of working and behaving. The parallels are then drawn between behaviours and attitudes in the game and the working environment, with compelling results.
