Brand Launch (Financial Services)
Bermuda based Max Capital Group were launching their Lloyds based operation in London and asked Penguins to help make an impact with it's city clients, helping raise the brand awareness.

Solution
Working alongside Max head office and their PR agency in Bermuda, Penguins wanted to develop an event designed to instantly convey the brand, yet within a informal atmosphere that guests would really enjoy.
The strapline of "Max Strength" was established, linked into the theme of coffee, which together with the Caribbean was used as a thread which worked throughout the launch.
Gift bags containing branded coffee cups with "Max Strength" coffee beans were handed to all guests at the event, with "Max Coffee Girls" serving from behind a branded coffee car, specially installed by Penguins for the evening.
A Caribbean band performed at one end of the room, with a central podium available for the CEO to make a short speech.
Max Capital branding and custom gobos kept the room on message, whilst a 3D "Max at Lloyds" animation played on giant projections screens.
Together with a creative lighting package, Caribbean floral displays and LED poser tables, the guests were transported to a Bermudan oasis in the city.
