Adrenaline Junkies (Wealth Management)
The aim of the evening event was to encourage cross communication between departments, improve relationships and boost morale. The event needed to be light-hearted, and the client was especially keen to 'bring out the big kid in everyone.'

Solution
Penguins selected a number of fast-paced, energy fuelled outdoor activities for delegates to participate on, scoring points for their team as they go. Teams were selected on a random basis with our team handing out different coloured t-shirts to delegates as they arrived.
The activities themselves included a climbing wall, a huge laser dome, robo-wars and robo-soccer, amongst others. The event was extremely light-hearted, but friendly competition was encouraged.
