Christmas Party (Hotel)
The brief was to create a unique winter wonderland themed Christmas party for this stylish deluxe four star London hotel, celebrating its first year following a £30m transformation. Corporates, media and friends were invited to an extravaganza of memorable festive moments and delights, which wowed the audience from start to finish.

The Solution
The party was opened with Christmas carols from a Gospel Choir on the stairs of the dramatic entrance lobby accompanied by a Champagne reception, before moving through to the first suprise of the evening - a giant snow globe.
As guests entered The Cloisters they were greeted by coloured backlit walls and a dark blue ceiling adorned with white snowflakes, floating over an intriguing red drape in the centre of the room. As the ceiling turned to ice blue, snowflakes washed over the room and the centre piece, creating a narnia-like effect. When the music began the drape was dropped to unveil a life-size Snow Globe, within which a spectacular Acrobalance act performed a breathtaking routine to gasps of delight from the room.
Guests were then ushered into the adjoining Crystal Ballroom for port and cheese where they were entertained by contemporary and classical music from the hotel's String Quartet. A speech from the hotel's General Manager thanking friends, journalists and business partners for their support and loyalty in the year gone-by was met by thunderous applause.
The evening came to a close with live musical entertainment from the eight-piece Gospel Choir. A rousing crescendo of gospel voices rang out across the ballroom, with upbeat renditions of Christmas songs and carols that had everyone on their feet singing and dancing.
