UK Conference (PFI Project Management)
Having used Penguins services for many years the client asked us to look at how they could take a departure from the traditional conference format. They wanted to weave a number of key initiative and values through the concept and include a team building activity.

Solution
Penguins designed the entire structure of the event to produce an interactive and fast paced day. We transformed the Truman Brewery Brick Lane into an event space reminiscent of the BBC’s Top Gear studio, with Plasma screens, trussing and banners; dividing up the room into colourful open spaces and zones.
Penguins managed a team of internal and external suppliers ranging from booking the venues, to developing the agenda and workshop topics. On the day, we split the management into “production” and “logistics” giving us a familiar structure to the operations team which worked very well.
