The brief was to design and implement a dynamic sales incentive and high impact reward program, culminating in an entertaining and high energy live show

Solution

A live gameshow concept – "The Games" – was designed in line with an Olympic theme; fifty contestants (the top performers) competed on various challenges for the ultimate prize of a BMW sportscar.

The concept brought in to focus the synergy between Olympic values and those of the company. Adapted wording of the Olympic motto "smarter, braver, prouder" was used to emphasise this. The nature of an Olympian – the individual achievement and recognition in the pursuit of team success also sat very well with the culture of the sales force.

We provided the following services:

  • Design of the live show format – to produce one winner over a series of challenges within strict time constraints and in 'real time' in front of the live audience.
  • Live show creative content – including all challenges, visual animation stings, soundtrack, dancers, professional compere
  • Full event production – including full audio visual services, lighting and special effects, and set design, marquee structure, creation of Olympic arena with tiered seating and large viewing screens, film crew for live camera link.
  • Full delegate management
  • Venue sourcing and management

Result

Sales increased above expectations, following the initiation and communication of the program.
