The new manager of the Research and Development department wanted to know more about the individuals within the team, and wanted a program that would get them to communicate more effectively.

Solution
We suggested a learning tool called SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) that enables each individual to understand what motivates them and how they work in a team.
Our experienced facilitator expertly guided the team through the session, examining why team conflict occurs and how it can be resolved or avoided. The program enabled the team to have a common language for communication, delegation, motivation, and rewards; and, most importantly, the individuals now had a system for giving and receiving feedback effectively.
By the end of the session the team had created an effective plan for the future. This was then followed up with shorter sessions, several months later to ensure the learnings were still effective.
