Mystical Chill (Legal)
The brief was to create and organise a reward event to thank staff for their hard work over the previous year. The event had to have an element of surprise and keep guests captivated and engaged throughout as previous events had struggled to retain guests for the duration.

Solution
We created a Winter Wonderland theme with a Mystical Chill feel.
A stunning alpine forest with real Christmas trees coated in glistening faux-snow gave guests a breath-taking entrance and ice-designed Human Statues were stood on plinths framing the entrance to the main dining room.
A string quartet tempted guests into the main room, their ethereal music floating across the pure white dancefloor, and the misty fog drifted around their ankles, to perfectly capture the mystical chill feel.
The Senior Partner then unveiled the Chill Out Bar, as the guests looked to the far end of the room where a white crushed velvet drape had previously hung, a funky white chill out area with white carpeted flooring, a funky neon bar, white lycra poseur tables with mini Christmas trees and an ever popular chocolate fountain with dark, milk and white chocolate to tantalize the taste buds was unveiled.

- Innovative and creative themeing, draping and table dressings
- Sourcing of live entertainment and music
- Implementing health, safety & fire regulations and procedures for set-up, during the event and for de-rigging.
- Management of all on-site crew and suppliers
Result
The client was amazed at how much we had trnsformed the room, from a nice, but fairly standard conference room, to a mystical, magical world.
