Our client wanted action-packed team building activities including an element of competition, where teamwork and problem solving were key. The event was also a reward for achieving sales targets, so the challenges themselves needed to have a significant wow factor.

Solution
We took the group down to Lymington, on England's South coast, to take on our Land-Sea-Air challenge. This saw them follow a trail of clues around the Solent and the South coast, solving cryptic puzzles in order to navigate their way to various points.
The secret agent style challenge saw teams taking to the water in a Sunseeker Hawk powerboat to solve some of the clues, negotiating a tricky 4x4 course for others, and solve some aerial clues in a Jet Ranger helicopter.
At the end of an action-packed day, teams were able to relax over a barbecue and a well-earned drink.
We provided the following services:
- Event scripting and design
- Provision of all of the challenges, including the Powerboats, helicopter and 4x4s.
- Full event management (including unique health & safety measures and risk assessments)
- Transfers and barbecue after the event.
