The brief was to create an incentive programme that would motivate the sales team to perform and hit their annual target. The team was young, vibrant and adventurous and required us to look at incentive programs that reflected this.

Solution
A truly memorable three-day trip to Reykjavik in Iceland. The programme was packed with exhilarating experiences, stunning views, amazing food, great wine and most importantly, loads of fun. The first stop was champagne and canapés at the natural thermal spa, 'The Blue Lagoon'.
The action–packed itinerary included drinking vodka with their shark meat at a sub zero ice bar, sharing plenty of schnapps with a traditionally dressed Viking, taking in Iceland's stunning sights in a four wheel drive vehicle (including rainbow's over waterfalls, volcanic craters, geysers & national parks), leaving bars in the early hours of the morning with the sun still shining, taking to the icy waters to see whales, puffins and dolphins, and sharing intimate dinners and dancing till dawn.
