European Conference (IT)
The brief was to produce and manage the Customer Advisory Council event which is staged to provide a limited number of strategic customers with a unique opportunity to influence our client's product strategy.

100 delegates, a mixture of staff and customers.
Solution
The conference was staged at the Crowne Plaza in Geneva, ideally located next to the international airport, near to the city centre and Lake Geneva.
The content included a choice of interactive sessions allowing customers the chance to express their views on the client' long-term product plans. A product display area was set up showcasing demos, giving customers the opportunity to see the plans for the products at first hand.
It was extremely important that a networking element was built into the programme so we staged a dinner on a luxury Belle Epoque steam boat on Lake Geneva, which was extremely successful and was a fantastic way to experience the breathtaking sights of Geneva.
We provided the following services:
- Pre and on-site venue management to include the organising of rooming lists, catering and room logistics
- Pre and on-site conference management
- Sourcing and management of off-site dinner and transfers
- Management of conference production
- Sourcing and management of local suppliers
